EAA Hard Surface Parking Reservation

Basler Flight Service (OSH) has begun accepting faxed hard surface ramp reservations NOW for this year's annual AirVenture.  Please complete all of the information and return it via fax USPS mail.  After July 26th, it is necessary to make reservations by phone.

Reservations will be accepted for twin, turbine and jet equipment only. Single engine aircraft are parked on the grass by the EAA. Call EAA headquarters at 920-426-4800 for further grass parking information.

Military Aircraft, Demonstration and Display Aircraft - Contact EAA headquarters at 920-426-4800 for parking information. NO military, demonstration or static aircraft will be parked on the Basler Ramp.

JetA and 100LL trucks will be available on our ramp for fuel service.  A courtesy van will shuttle Basler Ramp customers to and from the convention entrance gate from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. each day of the airshow (July 28th - August 3rd, 2008).

Obtain a copy of the NOTAMS for OSH valid for these dates before arriving at Oshkosh.  No information given on this site is intended to replace the NOTAMS. (To obtain a copy of the NOTAMs, call your local flight service station, or visit  www.airventure.org.)

Parking fees are per day.
You will be charged a full day fee for any amount of time the aircraft
is on the Basler Ramp during the hours of 5:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. 
It is not an overnight fee.
For example, aircraft arriving on 7/29 afternoon and
departing on 7/30 morning will be charged for two days.
