EAA AirVenture 2010 -- July 26 to August 1

Hard Surface Parking Reservations
Effective: July 24 - August 1, 2010

Basler Flight Service (OSH) is now accepting hard surface ramp reservations for this year's annual EAA AirVenture. Please complete the form at the bottom of this page.

After July 22, it is necessary to make reservations by phone.

Reservations will be accepted for twin, turbine and jet equipment only -
NO SINGLE ENGINE AIRCRAFT. Single engine aircraft are parked on the grass by the EAA. Call EAA headquarters at 920-426-4800 for further grass parking information.

There is a daily fee for hard surface parking.

ALL military aircraft should contact EAA headquarters at 920-426-4800 prior to the EAA AirVenture. NO military aircraft will be parked on the Basler Ramp.

Ramp reservations are available to transient and corporate aircraft.
NO demonstration or static display aircraft will be allowed parking on the Basler ramp. These aircraft should contact the EAA headquarters at 920-426-4800 for further parking information.

JetA and 100LL trucks will be available on our ramp for fuel service. A courtesy van will shuttle Basler Ramp customers to and from the convention entrance gate from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. each day of the airshow (July 27 - August 2, 2009).

Carefully read the NOTAMS for OSH valid for these dates before arriving. No information given on this site is intended to replace the NOTAMS.

3. INSTRUCTIONS:
This form will begin the reservation process. Upon your arrival, it is mandatory that you check in with our office staff after being parked by line service. Payment via credit card imprint OR cash payment in full must be received before you depart OSH to avoid additional charges. REQUIRED I have read the "Instructions" for the Hard Surface Parking Reservation Form and agree to comply. REQUIRED: Type the numbers in the exact order as you see them, with NO spaces.
