You can pre-register your aircraft for fueling services at Oshkosh during the dates of July 26 - August 3, 2008. You can use this one form for up to five aircraft. This form can be submitted online, but if you prefer to fax or mail your form, you can print this form out and complete the information by hand.

4. INSTRUCTIONS:
This form will begin the pre-registration process. In order to complete the process, an imprint of your credit card is required. You can do this before the AirVenture begins at our main office, or during the AirVenture at our main office or North Fuel Booth. Payment via credit card imprint OR cash payment in full must be received before you depart OSH. I have read the "Instructions" for the Warbird Registration Form and agree to comply.
